Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Most engagements are month-to-month after the initial project term, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can we hire you for only IT or only marketing?
Yes — every service on our pricing page is available on its own. Bundled packages simply cost less if you need both sides of the business covered.
How is a project scoped and priced?
We start with a short discovery call, then send a fixed-scope proposal with defined deliverables and a firm price. Work only begins once you approve it.
Do you offer hourly rates?
Yes. Hourly rates vary by consultant level: Junior Consultants are $50–$100/hour, and Senior Consultants are $100–$200/hour. Most engagements are quoted as a fixed project or monthly price, but hourly billing is available for ad hoc or advisory work.
Do prices include ad spend or third-party software costs?
No. Paid advertising spend, influencer/creator fees, and any third-party software or licensing fees are billed separately, at cost, and always agreed upfront.
What industries do you work with?
Primarily small and mid-market companies across professional services, retail and e-commerce, healthcare, and SaaS — though our approach adapts to most industries.
How fast can we get started?
Most engagements kick off within one to two weeks of signing, depending on scope and current workload.
